This was a team school project completed for my entry-level art direction class at the University of North Texas. Pairs of students were assigned a client and challenged to create a poster campaign. The client, Burguesa, is an expanding Mexican burger franchise with a drive to create cross cultural culinary fusion with their entrees.
My partner and I created a campaign highlighting just that. The three different menu items are separate, or come together depending on how they are views, to create an "evolved" entree. The history of Mexican-American relations are not always peaceful. Burguesa, as well as our ad, aims to break down this turbulent relationship into manageable bites. It may not solve the border war, but its a start. Viva la evolucion!
